  美国颇尔 PALL FA71RPFWH4 滤芯技术参数 过滤精度： 0.01μm-0.1μm （可定制），采用疏水性聚四氟乙烯（ PTFE ）滤膜，膜孔径均匀，孔隙率达 80% ，截留效率 ≥99.999% ，可有效拦截微小颗粒与微生物，无介质迁移现象。滤芯采用折叠式结构，有效过滤面积达 0.35 ㎡，气体通量达 60Nm³/h ，透气性好，压力损失小，在 2barg 入口压力下，初始压差仅为 70mbard ，不影响空气循环效率。工作温度范围 -10℃~140℃ ，可适应高低温工况，最大工作压力 1.0MPa ，初始压差 ≤0.01MPa ，推荐更换压差 0.08MPa 。端盖、芯体采用聚丙烯材质， O 形圈为医用级有机硅弹性体，密封性能优异，无泄漏风险，可耐受 121℃ 高压蒸汽灭菌，灭菌次数可达 12 次以上，适配无菌生产中的反复灭菌需求。接口规格为 FWH4 标准接口，适配 Pall 专用空气过滤器，材质符合 FDA 、 ISO9001 认证标准，使用寿命可达 1600 小时以上，适配长期连续运行场景。
